Nikki Leonti and Ryan Edgar, Adeline River, feel like a musical Bonnie and Clyde. The instrumentation lays the groundwork for Edgar to provide his more uptempo style of singing, and sometimes even rapping, with Leonti’s warm and strong, gospel-laden voice. In culmination there’s a constant tension in Adeline River’s songs, but most end on an upbeat mood—filled with promise of overcoming our deepest fears and obstacles.

Leonti and Edgar captured America’s hearts when they performed on America’s Got Talent with their daughter Jaslyn. Fast forward to today, and Leonti and Edgar are continuing to create music almost everyday, in a variety of different lanes, as they tap into the loving power of family and togetherness.

For Edgar and Leonti to create a new project together is extremely special, and more rare for this talented musical couple, than outsiders may assume.

“People always had this idea that we must sing together all the time, but we really didn’t.” Says Leonti. “There was a time where we couldn’t easily write together, but Adeline River helped us be able to come together and finally break through the barriers of being able to collaborate. [ less ]
