Audrey English is a Samoan American artist who grew up on the beautiful island of Guam. The soul of her music is shaped by the inspirational sounds of soulful artists like Etta James, Nina Simone, Amy Winehouse etc, that she listened to with her parents as a child. As her two recent singles “Walls Fall" and "Mama Said" indicate, Audrey is more than capable of creating achingly personal and moving music that draws you in to examine your own thoughts and feelings. Audrey finds it therapeutic to release her thoughts and emotions through songwriting and singing, and it clearly has a therapeutic effect on her listeners as well - "I yearn to write when I’m struggling and it’s a comforting way to process,” Audrey says.
